The Suzy Foundation All Ability Run

Suzy Foundation is hosting its 3rd Annual 'All Abilities 5K' on October 1, 2022 starting at 7:30 am at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, Arizona.

Our 5K allows, all participants, regardless of ability, to have fun, exercise, and help make a difference in our community.

Proceeds raised will go towards helping individuals with special needs by helping with the cost of assistive equipment not covered by insurance.

What You Get

Race Day Information

  • Race Day Check In and Registration will be available beginning at 6:30am at Kiwanis Park.

    • We accept cash, check, and credit card on race day.  Race day prices are $50 for the 5K and $40 for the 1 Mile.

    • All shirts sizes may not be available on race day (please register online before race day to guarantee your shirt size choice).

  • Wheelchair, leashed pets, and stroller friendly event.

  • The course will take you along the paths at Kiwanis Park (mix of concrete and asphalt trails).  Please note - some of the areas of the course will be open to public running/walking so please be good neighbors of the trail.

Event Schedule

  • Sept. 30th 3:00PM - Packet Pick-Up at  Spokes on Southern in Tempe from 3:00 - 6:00pm

  • Oct. 1st     6:30AM - Race Day Registration and Pickup at Kiwanis Park

  • Oct. 1st     7:30AM - 5K Begins

  • Oct. 1st     7:40AM - 1 Mile Walk/Run Begins

  • Oct. 1st     8:30AM - Award Ceremony Begins (approx)
